To live by Faith, be a voice of Hope, and be known by Love… 1 Corinthians 13:13

Welcome

The History of Our Church

West Hartsville Baptist Church began its strong Christian heritage in January, 1952 as a church plant from First Baptist Hartsville.  Even as we’ve grown, we have not outgrown our sense of community or the desire to remain connected to one another as the body of Christ.  We are so thankful that you have taken time to visit our site.  We would love to have you join us for worship and are sure you can find a place where each member of your family feels loved and supported.  Please take a few moments to browse our site and let us know if you have any questions.  You can find our contact information on the Staff page or at the bottom of the home page.  For a detailed listing of our beliefs and practices please see The Baptist Faith and Message linked below.

  1. I am searching for a home church in the Hartsville area. I live between Hartsville & Bishopville. My heart is tugging for a special place to be with others that love one another, worship, praise god & so much more. I may possibly come to your service sunday morning.. Thank you & have a blessed day.
